I am obsessed with this song, and honestly, this is probably one of the best remixes I have EVER heard. I know this is not a brand new release, but I still feel the need to share. It truly respects the song and keeps integrity with putting a really great twist on it. TheFatRat is at it again. Honestly… just truly great. I am 100% content. Mad respect. Très très dope. Enjoy

Oh whats up Kill the Noise? I see you over there partying with Datsik! When amazing DJs and producers get together and make sick beats like this, it always makes my day. First of all Kill the Noise is one of the most Dynamic of his kind. He can blend genres of dance music like you wouldn’t believe, and this song is just another one he can add to the ranks of amazing tracks he has produced. Second, Datsik just kills it… ALL THE TIME. Always supplying a crazy/unique/unexpected drop and a killer beat, you can tell he put his spin on this song too. Its just a great track that emphasizes everything that is great about both of the amazing contributers. I am nothing but pleased to share this with all of you! Yes, Yes, YES!!! I always get super stoked when I see Sebjak gracing our ears with new stuff. This song obviously does not disappoint. There is nothing better than seeing a producer make a great feel good original mix. Its all Sebjak guys. YLOH PARC!!! For those of you who can’t read backwards, that says HOLY CRAP! George Monev does it again, but this time in a strange and unconventional way. He took the epic dance anthem Levels by the one and only Avicii, and he played it, backwards? Now the whole song isn’t backwards but the catchy chorus like tune is, and believe it or not its even more upbeat than the original. So for those of you who do not know who Merdan Taplak is, let me introduce you. From Antwerp, Belgium, he brings you some crazy beats the likes of which you probably have never heard before. Receiving numerous praises and being declared “to have joined the raving hotchpotch of like-minded artists such as Buraka Som Sistema and the wicked Diplo and his Mad Decent posse. His seething mishmash plays M.I.A. a nasty trick, while the Crookers eat their heart out with his pounding bass wobbles.” He is truly innovative. Mixing all genres of electronic dance music, he shows his versatility and unique ability to experiment in all areas of the dance music genre.
His album ”In It For The Honey” came out February 18th on PIAS and it includes guest appearances of Princess Superstar, The Glimmers, Fat Jon, Kraantje Pappie and more. Its definitely something you want to check out!

Labrinth – Last Time (R3hab Remix)
Oh my goodnees. Another great song from R3hab. If you are used to hearing some of his more bass/dubstep type stuff, this is definitely a pleasant deviation from the norm. His remix of Labrinth – Last Time is definitely an upbeat progressive house mix with some big synths and killer vocals. This track is a definite party anthem and should be added to your playlists ASAP!!! Now kick back and enjoy.

Here is the thing, I normally am not a huge fan of mashups, but in this case I made an exception because it was a Norman Doray mashup. Well I’m glad I made that exception because as with pretty much every Norman Doray mix, I LOVED IT! A solid beat with some trance like vocals that really draw you in, along with some huge synths, yea this is a killer mashup and definitely will not disappoint. Check it out for yourself!

Feed Me’s EP Escape From Electric Mountain Out Now!!!
Oi Oi!! Its here! Its here!! Making its debut February 6th, Feed Me introduced his epic EP Escape from Electric Mountain. Holy hell it is ridiculous!! Every song is like a crazy roller coaster ride. Huge synths, epic melodies, prime vocals, with crazy massive face melting bass drops??? Honestly this EP has everything you could ever ask for! I definitely recommend purchasing it on Beatport. Just TRUST me. Its worth it!

PREVIEW: John Dahlback – Life (Original Mix) [Pete Tong's "Essential New Tune"]
Okay so a Swede that is always worth mentioning but is often forgotten about is John Dahlback. I’m sure by now you have all come to realize my love for Sweden knows no boundaries, but I swear my bias is not clouding my judgement on this tune. Pete Tong even declared it to be the essential new tune during his 2 hour radio show on BBC’s Radio 1. So that must mean something right? I mean don’t believe me? Give it a listen for yourself!

Radiohead – Creep (AFSHeeN Remix) + EP
Showing a preview of his debut EP Album Nightmares in Paradise (below), AFSHeeN is an incredibly talented house DJ whose name you should definitely become familiar with. My favorite song, not on the EP, is his remix of Radiohead’s Creep, which is incredible!! Don’t get me wrong though! The songs on his EP are killer as well and will definitely do more than fulfill your house needs. The tracklist for the EP is as follows: Paradise ft. Sam Behymer, Psycho but So Sexy, Clap Your Hands, Tell Me How It Feels ft. Oya Thomas, and Words. Its a great EP that I recommend everyone check out ASAP. Here is from Mikael Weermets live performance at The Space this January. This podcast is 59 minutes of create mixing by Mikael Weermets. For those of you who don’t know who he is, he is an extremely talented DJ from Gothenburg, Sweden and once you listen to him I’m sure he will easily make it into the top ranks of your favorite DJs. I am literally JUMPING for joy that the new Mroz Cast is up!! In December I had the privilege of posting about his December cast, and just when I wasn’t sure how he would top that one, he releases the cast for January 2012. His seamless transitions mixing from one song to the next is unbelievable. He makes great song choices and mixes seem like they come from some superhuman DJ with talents that are rare and appear to be almost completely unnatural. Not that I’m complaining or anything. His podcasts give me an hour of non-stop, quality, grade A music, so I definitely have no problem with that. I just wonder how he does it!? Another Great Count Effectz Remix
Alright, so about a week or so ago I posted a featured article about Count Effectz, and he has continued to blow my mind ever since. I think its safe to say that I am pretty much a big fan, and his latest addition to his growing collection of songs definitely makes me realize why. My mind is blown by his music and his new remix of Calvin Harris‘ Feel So Close is just a completely innovative take on the song that exhibits his really fun and unique style.
