SnowBall 20 Track Mix Tape + Download
Okay so thanks to Nick Guarino over at http://www.thissongissick.com and his wonderful generosity, there is this killer 20 track mixtape. The festival was this past weekend and I hear from friends that it was amazing. So for those of you are unaware, the festival SnowBall features names like Pretty Lights, Bassnectar, and The Flaming Lips. It started in Vail, Colorado and expanded to SnowGlobe in Lake Tahoe, California, and SnowMont in Killington, Vermont. Last year Nick put out a mixtape as well, and it was immensely popular, so I have no doubt that this mix will be well received as well.
20 amazing songs from artists that played the festival like: Bassnectar, Major Lazer, Gramatik, Dillon Francis, Mimosa, Nit Grit, Two Fresh, Griz, and so many more!
Here is what Nick says: “We tried to create a mixtape that highlighted the heavy bass crushing acts, to the more soulful live acts, and everything in between. SnowBall is a great balanced festival, with enough electronic to tide you over, and I really feel we did a great job at highlighting that. Dillon Francis – Falling up
Oh hello there Dillon Francis! Long time no see. That isn’t completely true considering I listen to Dillon Francis quite frequently, but it always gets me real jazzed up when he releases something new. This song obviously didn’t disappoint (or else I wouldn’t be posting it). The king of the Jump does it again with Falling Up. He murders it. Its off of his new EP Something Something Awesome that was released on Valentine’s Day this year which you can get on Beatport. Check out the song! Promise its worth it!
