Porter Robinson & Mat Zo – Easy

Lets be honest… Porter Robinson never really disappoints so its no surprise that I’m a fan of his new collab Easy with Mat Zo. Just a great over all progressive house tune. Let it be all about the music here. Take a listen and enjoy. Peace and Love.

Norman Doray & Nervo ft. Cookie – Something To Believe In (Original Mix) Out Now on Spinnin Records

Image

So its no secret that I love Norman Doray, and he is quite possibly my favorite artist of the whole Club Class Music Management crew… Even though they boast a killer group of DJs, producers, and musicians, I have always had a weak spot for some Norman Doray, and when I finally got to see him live at beyond wonderland, it was no wonder as to why I fell in love with his music in the first place. Figure I’d celebrate the first day back with another favorite.

You can get it on beatport

and also check out the rest of the CCMM crew if you havent already

We didn’t move, we are expanding?

Image

(Insert random moving picture here??)

I just realized I created a post about an event in Atlanta, and considering a lot of our readers came here for AZ, CA, and NV shows, I didn’t want you all to freak out and think someone like took over the site. Lets look at this as simply an expansion. I know a lot of you in particular liked the info we would give out about the Steve LeVine Entertainment and Public Relations events, because lets be honest they put on some of the most killer shows in AZ. SO I thought I should let you all know that yes, I have moved to Atlanta and we shall see if we can kick things off out here, but that does not mean we will not be updating you about events over there in the Southwest and on the West coast!! Have no fear we will still be here for you! Peace and love

The Chainsmokers vs. Dragonette – Let It Go (Chainsmokers Filter No. 2)

Image

Hmmm so I’m not sure if it’s the super clutch vocals on this one, or the actual song that I have fallen in love with on this one. I mean, who doesn’t love Dragonette? Martina Sorbara has always been a personal fave of mine when it comes to female singer songwriters, but this song is super upbeat and catchy and its almost impossible not to fall in love with The Chainsmokers simply upon the first listen. I love this song, as well as almost everything else I have listened to of theirs so far… So definitely be expecting to hear more of them from here. SOOO DAMN GOOD. Get your dance on folks. Peace and Love.

Okay sorry for not posting in like forever, I graduated (Yay me!) and Kevin got into the architecture program program at the UofA so, we have been incredibly busy living our big kid lives. I am gonna try my best to post as much as possible, I leave in January to teach English in Nepal for a few months, but I am hoping to recruit a few peeps to help out. I know some of you all enjoy the music we posted on here, so I hope I can work this out for ya’ll! Thanks for sticking around! love love love to all of you

Datsik – Fully Blown feat. Snak the Ripper (The Frim Remix)

Sorry if you find this description/intro to be a bit short. Words are literally failing me right now because this remix is so filthy and dirty, and I think the bass has melted my brain. Now turn the volume up and d0 the fucking speaker pop!! Enjoy

- Kelsey

CLMD – Black Eyes And Blue (Original Mix)

The Norwegian duo, Carl Louis and Martin Danielle are now officially to be called CLMD. So don’t be confused! They are Simply shorting their DJ name to just their initials. This is such a neat song, and just a real treat. A sweet progressive hit with a quality drum line and hypnotic vocals. I am definitely a fan of this. Black Eyes And Blue. Enjoy!

KA5UM – The Buzz (KA5UM Bootleg)

As stated in our goals for this site, we love to promote up and coming artists, and any music that sounds good. Ka5um is brand new to the scene, and I mean like a little over a month or so… but he killed it with this Bootleg consisting of Buzzin by Mann and Punx by Tristan Garner. Appropriately titled The Buzz, the electro-house track most certainly keeps you wound up the entire time. We will be waiting anxiously to see the what musical path you will be taking Ka5um! Have a hear below and download the track for free from the Soundcloud player. Cheers

Angger Dimas & Bassjackers – RIA (Original Mix)

Bassjackers and Angger Dimas have paired up to give us a massive installment! This electro-house groove has some super salty synths and typical phatty Bassjackers bass. Look out for this track at Ultra as I expect a lot of support from other artists! Get the track now on Beatport! Cheers

Featured: Crizzly

I know we have technically already featured Crizzly before with his Crunkstep Mix, but the following tracks were just too impressive not to throw out for everyone to snag. The first track is a remix of Bust It Wide Open, and it is guaranteed to bust your head and speakers wide open if you play it too loud. The second track is also a remix- but of Snap Back Swag. Both of these songs would fall under the category of crunkstep which as sounding, is a bastard crossbreed between crunk hip-hop and dubstep. The kids got talent and style with this mash because both really make you wanna bounce. Both tracks are available for free in the Soundcloud player! Oh yes, and if you’re going to Beyond Wonderland, Crizzly will be there! Cheers

Tiësto’s In The Booth Episode 7

Canada eh? Well that’s exactly where Tiësto is headed in his latest episode of In The Booth. This episode features Hardwell, who was on tour with him through the beautiful northern country. This episode showcases Tiësto’s love for the country as he expresses interest in settling down up there someday. Check it. Cheers

Mat Zo The Bipolar EP Favorites

Mat Zo went live with his new EP Bipolar just before last Valentine’s day. Since then we’ve been giving it a listen and analyzing what tracks we like. We’ll likely continue this little mini album review series for artists who’s albums we hyped up. Though the EP only comes with 4 songs, Bipolar and Yoyo Ma are new instant favorites on the smooth progressive house list. Bipolar, as the name suggests (hurr), transitions fluently back and forth between edgy and relaxing beats. Yoyo Ma is even more relaxing and a fun track to chill out to. If you like what you hear head over to Beatport and purchase the EP/songs. Cheers!

Major Lazer – Original Don (Flosstradamus Remix)

Well, well, well looky here! Another remix that vastly improves the original track! Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of Major Lazer and the song Original Don, but this remix by Flosstradamus is absolutely insane. This artist is actually a duo from Chicago, and man do they have style! I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve never heard this particular genre- Trap. In this song it sounds like an epic mash between electro-house, jumpstyle, and even a little scratched hardstyle all wrapped up inside amplified bass. Take a listen below and like their Facebook page to score this free download or simply snag it here via Direct Download! In the mean time I’m going to be checking out Trap-style and Flosstradamus more.

Also thanks for the share Mekael! One under-utilized aspect of this site is we want to here from you and post what you’re diggin. If you like something link us! Cheers!

Listen Up 2012:Meet Cazzette

2012 will be a huge year for these guys

The first time I heard a track by Swedish duo Cazzette, I knew I found my new favorite artists. 17 year-old Sebastian Furrer and 21 year-old Alexander Björklund have been producing music for almost 2 years, but it was their remixes of Avicii’s tracks caught the eye (or ear I guess) of At Night Management producer and manager, Ash Pournouri. Ash works under At Night Management and essentially took Avicii under his wing and helped him write the most popular song of 2011, Levels.

Not too long after Avicii started to blow-up, Cazzette started to gain exposure by remixing Avicii’s most popular tracks and it wasn’t long after that they started teaming up. The boys came up real fast, and were signed to At Night thanks to Ash Pournouri.

The first time I met Cazzette was at Dayglow in Mesa, Arizona at the Mesa Amphitheater, where they were opening for Avicii. The venue was Completely sold out, the boys were very excited to play their first gig in Arizona, which is one of the best places in the U.S., especially with all the Arizona State kids out in full force.

The show was absolutely amazing, starting off with Chiddy Bang and moving on to Cazzette before Avicii stepped up to the decks. When Cazzette started dropping their tracks, everyone thought that Sebastian was Avicii because they look so much alike, so of course the crowd was going nuts as they played their remixes of Sweet Dreams, I’m a Motherf*cking Monster, and Seek Bromance. Their mix of electo-house and dubstep is the perfect combination of the dance-ability that you get with house with the bass-heavy, level-smashing synths, along with their stage presence, blew every mind in that venue and basically said, “We’re f*cking here, we love you guys, and we’re not going anywhere”.

Since completing the Dayglow tour and all their other bookings in North America, the released another massive track, Amnesia and a remix of Spencer & Hill & Nadia Ali’s track Believe It, both of which I love and it gives me great pleasure to introduce Cazzette to ESOM. Enjoy.

Mord Fustang-We Are Now Connected

The man behind the beats (literally in this case)

DJs love him, producers admire him, and we the fans can’t get enough of the artist known by the spoonerism (I’ve been dying to use that word), Mord Fustang.

The 19 year-old Estonia native (its in Europe next to Russia, don’t worry about it) has the number one track on Beatport right now, surpassing Knife Party with his brand new original track “We Are Now Connected’.

Mord is a very eccentric bloke-he described his music in an interview with Beatportal.com as, “An adventurously nude fluctuant immaculate rainbow-coated thunderstorm with arpeggios, 1-up mushrooms and disco basslines, plus a wobble or two. Something like that. :) “.

2011 was a huge year for Mord with his chart-topping originals “Magic Trooper”, and “Lick the Rainbow”, as well as awesome remixes of Froidz “Finally”, and Morgan Page’s “In the Air”. 2012 is just the beginning for this electo-house boy wonder and you can catch him in Miami for Ultra Music Festival 2012, just one of the many shows he’ll be highlighting in the near future.

Meet Michael Abaté

Arizona's best kept secret

Everyone knows that Swedes produce the best house music in the world. Maybe it’s genetic, or maybe its just something in the water, but we all know its true. Avicii, Swedish House Mafia, Dada Life, among many others only prove this statement, so when American-born Michael Abaté went back to Sweden to explore his roots, he found his calling in music, and of course it had to be Electronic.

This 23 year-old DJ turned producer has done more than most up and coming DJs have dreamed. Opening for names like Diplo, Boys Noize, Steve Aoki, Axwell, Rusko, and events like DayGlow and University of Arizona’s Pi Kappa Phi’s Swampwater. This kid’s resumé is impressive to say the least, but don’t think for one second that he’s some stuck-up, in-house DJ, oh no- Abaté is humble and wise beyond his years and one of my great friends. His passion for producing his own music gives him an edge over an DJ on the market, and is certainly one of Arizona’s, if not one of the world’s best kept secret.

Abaté’s Swedish influences are easily identifiable,  but he has his own style that is all his own. So, without further ado, here is Abaté’s ESOM debut. Enjoy my friends.
